Our Promise
At House of Pavan®, we are committed to providing high-quality merchandise and fulfilling your orders with care. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging, with all tags attached, within 30 days of purchase. A full refund will be issued, minus any shipping or return label fees.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Returns with visible wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Third-Party Purchases
Items purchased outside of HouseofPavan.com must be returned to the original retailer and are not eligible for return through us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please contact FedEx to file a claim. House of Pavan® is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color only. To start an exchange, use our return portal and select "EXCHANGE" as the reason for return. Return labels are free for exchanges.
Throwbacks on Demand
Throwbacks on Demand items are made-to-order and considered custom. These can only be returned for store credit. They are not eligible for express shipping.
Domestic Returns
To return an item, please use our return portal. After completing the steps, print your prepaid SmartPost return label and pack your items securely. Include the return form and packing list, then drop off your package at a USPS location.
A flat fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund or credit when using our prepaid label. Refunds typically take one full billing cycle to reflect.

International Returns
Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders. You are responsible for return shipping and must keep a copy of your tracking number.
Please note: We do not refund duties, taxes, or original shipping charges.
